Programador/a PLC

At Clustag, a technology company specializing in RFID-based intralogistics automation solutions and currently experiencing strong international growth, we are looking to add a PLC Programmer to strengthen our technical team in the Madrid area.
In this role, you will participate in the development, programming, and commissioning of industrial automation systems, combining remote work with on-site customer interventions. Your role will be key to the successful execution of projects, ensuring the proper operation of systems and collaborating directly with the technical team..
Whatyourday-to-day will look like
- Programming PLC and HMI systems in industrial environments.
- Analyzing technical requirements and defining control solutions
- Integrating systems with sensors, SCADA platforms, and industrial networks.
- Performing FAT and SAT testing.
- Commissioning installations and adjusting system parameters.
- Troubleshooting incidents and debugging automated systems.
- Preparing technical documentation and interacting with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
The profile we are looking for
- Technical education in industrial automation, electronics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in PLC programming.
- Knowledge of Siemens technologies (TIA Portal, Step7, Codesys).
- xperience with other environments such as Omron, Schneider, SCADA, or HMI systems is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial networks and electrical schematics interpretation..
- Availability to travel within the central region and occasionally at national and international level.
- Proactive profile with autonomy and a strong project-oriented mindset.
